Join Lucy Drever and Rachel Cooper as they explore communication in leading large groups of music makers. Often when working with big groups we can spend so much energy focusing on the planning and the content that we forget about the how. This talk will delve into the holistic aspects of delivery including; the power of presence, bringing everyone along with you. And how, as a teacher or leader, it's often when you let go of the power, that true learning can happen.

This session is suitable for teachers and students.
