Jo is an orchestral and opera double bass player and a Kodály trained music educator. After periods working with the Hong Kong Philharmonic and Opera North, Jo then took a more education focused path and began to work as Head of Music for Rishworth Junior School, where she taught for 20 years. A regular coach for the National Children’s Orchestras of Great Britain and National Schools Symphony Orchestra, Jo is in demand across the country for both her Kodály and her orchestral tutoring skills.
